J&J is perceived as a corporate, traditional “baby company” where it is difficult to make an impact, while they are in fact a dynamic and innovative company, at the forefront of innovation in the health sector. We needed to change brand perception, so that talent would want to be a part of it. Our approach was to show that breakthroughs aren’t just scientific but also personal and cultural. And how at J&J they are pushing innovation and personal boundaries forward.
